Warm Hugs Animals are soft plush companions with a removable lavender heat pack designed to provide gentle warmth and lightly weighted comfort. The inner sachet is filled with tourmaline clay beads and dried lavender buds for a soothing combination of warmth, weight and natural lavender aroma.
The tourmaline clay beads retain heat for up to 60 minutes, while the 100% plush polyester exterior provides a soft, tactile surface for holding or hugging. The removable inner sachet can be heated separately in the microwave before being returned to the animal cover.
Warm Hugs Animals can be used at home, while travelling or as part of a bedtime relaxation routine.

Remove the hot pack from the animal cover and microwave it in 30-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat.
Does it contain lavender?
Yes. The inner sachet contains dried lavender buds that provide a natural lavender aroma.
Can children use Warm Hugs Animals?
Use by children must be under adult supervision, and an adult should always test the temperature before use. The product is not suitable for children under 3 years.
How should the cover be cleaned?
Spot clean the animal cover with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Do not allow the inner contents to get wet.
What should I do if the hot pack is damaged?
Dispose of the hot pack if it becomes damaged or punctured.

If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, select the Merchant Transport option at checkout. Orders will be prepared for pickup from our Vancouver warehouse within 1–3 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
For international orders, we accept payment by wire transfer, bank transfer, or PayPal.
