Order Processing and Shipping Schedule:

Your orders are processed and dispatched on business days, specifically Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, will be processed during the upcoming business day. We require 1-3 business days to process your orders.

Benefit from FREE Freight:

We offer free freight for all orders totalling C$1500.00 or more. Please be aware that certain exclusions might apply to this offer (bulky/heavy items and remote regions where freight discounts will be capped at a maximum of 12% of the invoice value. It cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Contact us for details.).

Inclusive Ground Freight within Canada:

We include ground freight within Canada on orders exceeding C$500 (up to 8% of the invoice value - the difference will be added to the bill).

Merchant Transport Option (Vancouver Warehouse Pickup):

We provide the option of arranging your own transport via our Merchant Transport service. Awaiting your collection, our Vancouver warehouse will process your order within 1-3 business days. Please contact us if you prefer to arrange your transport.   

Global Delivery Considerations:

We accept wire transfers, bank transfers, or PayPal payments for international deliveries. It's essential to recognize that international shipments may incur customs fees and import duties specific to your destination country. Any obligations related to import taxes, customs duties, and associated fees fall within the recipient's responsibility. It's important to stay informed about the customs policies in your country; reaching out to your local customs office can provide further clarity on this matter.
