Shipping & Delivery

At Relaxus, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, accurately, and reliably. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below for important information about order processing, freight allowances, and delivery options.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional events.

Depending on product availability and the contents of your order, shipments may be split to ensure available items are delivered as quickly as possible.

Freight Allowance

We provide a freight allowance based on the total invoice value:

• Orders of C$500.00 or more: Freight allowance of up to 5% of the invoice value.
• Orders of C$1,800.00 or more: Freight allowance of up to 10% of the invoice value.

If shipping costs exceed the applicable freight allowance, the remaining balance will be invoiced to the customer. Freight allowances do not apply to certain oversized or heavy items, hazardous goods, or deliveries to remote locations, where additional charges may apply.

Merchant Transport (Vancouver Warehouse Pickup)

If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, select the Merchant Transport option at checkout. Orders will be prepared for pickup from our Vancouver warehouse within 1–3 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

International Orders

For international orders, we accept payment by wire transfer, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order to understand any applicable fees or import requirements.
