We understand that occasionally circumstances arise where you may need to initiate a return or report damages with your wholesale order. To facilitate a smooth process, kindly adhere to the following returns policy guidelines:
If you receive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items, we request that you promptly download the Damage & Returns Report (Download PDF). Complete the provided form to notify Relaxus Products Ltd. about the issue you've encountered. To ensure the validity of your claim, please submit this form within ten days of receiving your goods. Claims submitted beyond this time frame may not be accommodated. To prevent any delays, make sure to fill out all fields accurately. Don't forget to include the completed document within the return package.
For streamlined processing, each return should bear a Return Authorization (R.A.) number clearly marked on the exterior. Any returns sent without this number might be declined during collection. Please adhere to this requirement to ensure a seamless process.
When initiating a return, please make sure to send the goods prepaid. A 15% restocking fee might apply to the return, so carefully preparing the items for return is vital. Furthermore, goods that were not damaged in transit to the buyer must be in a resalable condition to ensure the eligibility of the return.
