Order Processing and Shipping Schedule:

We process and dispatch orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Freight Allowance:

We offer a freight allowance of up to 8% of the invoice value for all orders of C$500.00 or more and up to 12% for orders of C$1800.00 or more. Any difference will be added and invoiced to the customer. Specific exclusions may apply, such as bulky/heavy items and remote regions.

Merchant Transport Option (Vancouver Warehouse Pickup):

Your order will be processed at our Vancouver warehouse within 1-3 business days. Contact us if you prefer to arrange your transport.

Global Delivery Considerations:

For international deliveries, we accept wire transfers, bank transfers, or PayPal payments. Please note that international shipments may incur customs fees and import duties specific to your destination country.
