Order Processing and Shipping Schedule:

We process and dispatch orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Freight Allowance:

We offer a freight allowance of up to 8% of the invoice value for all orders of C$500.00 or more and up to 12% for orders of C$1800.00 or more. Any difference will be added and invoiced to the customer. Specific exclusions may apply, such as bulky/heavy items and remote regions.

Merchant Transport Option (Vancouver Warehouse Pickup):

Your order will be processed at our Vancouver warehouse within 1-3 business days. Contact us if you prefer to arrange your transport.

Global Delivery Considerations:

For international deliveries, we accept wire transfers, bank transfers, or PayPal payments. Please note that international shipments may incur customs fees and import duties specific to your destination country. Import taxes, customs duties, and associated fees are the recipient's responsibility. Familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies; reach out to your local customs office for further clarification.
