Hot & Cold Gel Packs provide a reusable option for targeted heat or cold application. Available in four sizes, they can be used hot for comforting warmth or cold for cooling support after activity or when managing temporary soreness and discomfort.
These reusable hot and cold therapy packs can be warmed in a microwave in 15-second increments or chilled in a freezer for at least one hour. The range of sizes makes it easier to choose coverage suited to different areas of the body.
The fabric cover can be wiped with cold water and mild soap for routine cleaning.

We provide a freight allowance based on the total invoice value:

If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, select the Merchant Transport option at checkout. Orders will be prepared for pickup from our Vancouver warehouse within 1–3 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
For international orders, we accept payment by wire transfer, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Have had this pack several years, like about 4 years and is still like brand new.
Hip and shoulder love the warmth, do not use for cold pack as have other gel packs in the freezer if needed. My body loves the heat for discomfort!! Would love to see a neck type version in this quality type of pack. Bought mine at a chiropractic office on Vancouver Island
