Herbal Foot Pads with Melatonin are single-use overnight foot patches designed for a simple bedtime foot-care routine. Each pad contains melatonin along with wood vinegar, bamboo vinegar, tourmaline, sea salt, essential oils and botanical extracts.
This 14-patch herbal foot pad set includes matching adhesive sheets for straightforward application. Lavender and orange essential oils complement the formula, while the melatonin is included as part of a calming night-time foot-care ritual.
Apply one pad to each foot before bed for seven consecutive nights, then remove and discard the pads in the morning.

How do I use the foot pads?
Attach an adhesive sheet to the printed side of a pad, then place the non-printed side against the sole of the foot. Apply one pad to each foot overnight.
How long is the recommended routine?
The supplied directions recommend using one pad on each foot nightly for 7 consecutive nights. The routine may be repeated with rest days in between according to personal preference.
Do the pads contain melatonin?
Yes. Melatonin powder is included in the ingredient list as part of the night-time foot-care formulation.
What other ingredients are in the pads?
The formula contains Wood Vinegar, Bamboo Vinegar, Dextrin, Tourmaline, Chitin, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Maris Sal (Sea Salt), Lavender Oil, Orange Peel Oil, Hawthorn Leaf Extract, Loquat Leaf Extract and Indigo Woad Root Extract.
Can I reuse a foot pad?
No. Each foot pad and adhesive sheet is intended for single use only.
Do I need to add water or lotion?
No. The pads are ready to apply as packaged.
Can there be residue after removing the pad?
Yes. A small amount of adhesive residue may remain and can be rinsed or wiped away after removal.

If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, select the Merchant Transport option at checkout. Orders will be prepared for pickup from our Vancouver warehouse within 1–3 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
For international orders, we accept payment by wire transfer, bank transfer, or PayPal.
